Recently, Tahota Intellectual Property Center received invention patent certificates sent from United States Patent and Trademark Office. Two PCT international patent applications acted for Chengdu Youbochuang Technology Co., Ltd. won authorization after entry into American national stage; besides, Tahota Law Firm received a patent certificate for Shantou Yongtong Process Toys Co., Ltd. for passing of Paris Convention to enter the EU.

Since the obtaining of patent agency qualification, Tahota viewed international intellectual property business as highlight of its business development; since 2010, Tahota established strategic partnership with famous intellectual property law firms in USA, Germany and Australia and thus opened a convenient channel for Chinese applicants to apply patents and trademarks from developed countries such as European countries and USA. To obtain authorization of patent application of Chengdu Youbochuang Technology Co., Ltd. from USA, Tahota Intellectual Property Center submitted an international patent application to international patent bureau through PCT using full English and closely cooperated with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP to enter patent application in American national stage through agency. In these two patent applications, one was directly authorized without reply, and the other was also successfully authorized through replay of review opinions once. Therefore, Tahota obtained high praise from the applicants.

In 2012, Tahota Intellectual Property Center cooperated with TERGAU & WALKENHORST of Germany to provide legal services for patent and trademark of Shantou Yongtong Process Toys Co., Ltd. declared to the EU. Currently, the patent already passed the review of EU and obtained patent certificate.
